i want live in germany because ..i am bored about travel to hun>german german>hun... i have save a bit money ...arround 9-10k euro... where i live is no problem too.where i must go first? einwohnermeldeamt or ausländeramt?what i must do more?

An EU citizen can live as tourist up to 90 days in Germany without the need to register anywhere. If you want to register, then you must have a health insurance (not this incoming insurances that can be bought for 50 Euros a month) and you must have an income that is high enough to cover the costs of living.

My suggestion: Come as a tourist, do not register anywhere, search for a job and after a job has been found, you will have no problems to do the necessary administrative tasks.

thx siggi but i need make it offizel...for my gf..she have only problems since iam in germany..i need to be legal here ..live, learn the language ..find a job...and married my woman how much i must have for can live here? 10.000 euro for the start enough?

Marry her and afterwards you get the residence and you do not need to show any income. Your medical treatment will be covered by her health insurance (if she is a member of the GKV you do not need an own health insurance contract).

@Siggi this sounds easy but the realität is not so easy....she can not work..she have a paper about it ...she become money from the "town".
this is why i have save my money the last 2years..to make first my own steps..i dont want live from "her" or from the "town" too.when its all fine with the language and with the job then we will marry.
